Personal customers
If you choose to become a personal customer, (it is free to join), we will securely store your information on our server so that you will only be required to re-enter your payment details (we do not retain these) each time you wish to make a purchase. By registering as a personal customer you have the option of shopping faster, keeping up to date on the status of an order, or keeping track of previous orders. Once you have registered your member log in details will also give you access to the mentor program.
You are also able to purchase our products without creating an account, however by choosing this option none of your user information will be kept in our records therefore you will be required to enter your address and other relevant information each time you wish to make a purchase. You will not be able to review your order status, nor keep track of your previous orders.

Trade Customers / Govt Depts, NSPs and NGOs
To open an account you will need to register online and have your account approved by CSAW Health.
Once your account is approved you can simply browse our range of products and select items then follow the easy steps to complete your order.
Once your order has been submitted CSAW Health will contact you with a quote and authorisation.
